Mr. Brown received his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University – College of Law, where he graduated cum laude.  While attending law school, he served as a member of the editorial board for the Michigan State Law Review and received the Jurisprudence Achievement Award in both Contracts and Client Consulting and Interviewing.

Mr. Brown is admitted to  the State Bar of Michigan, Eastern District of Michigan, Western District of Michigan, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and is a member of the Consumer Bankruptcy Association and American Bankruptcy Institute.
